Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the day-to-day affairs of the office and ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
Organize pick-up and delivery of items, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
Coordinate office communication channels to facilitate effective information flow.
Plan and schedule day-to-day activities, ensuring optimal productivity and resource utilization.
Manage and supervise sub-staff to ensure their tasks align with office objectives.
Dispatch materials to clients and maintain accurate records in log books, inward/outward registers, postage, and courier systems.
Handle all forms of correspondence and ensure timely responses.
Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, including general maintenance tasks.
Take charge of bill payments and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
Identify and onboard new vendors, evaluating their offerings for practicality and cost-effectiveness.
Demonstrate agility, energy, and a proactive approach to work.
Strive for excellence in all tasks and exhibit a passion for personal and professional growth.
Maintain a pleasant demeanor and possess excellent communication skills.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
PU/ diploma or equivalent (graduates preferred).
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
Polite, agile, and energetic with a proactive mindset.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
Gender: Male or female.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
