Customer Experience Intern

**Responsibilities**:
- **Data Analysis**: Interns are responsible for collecting and analyzing customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement via calls. This analysis helps in making data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying bottlenecks and areas where the customer experience can be improved and providing suggestions for process enhancements.
- **Reporting and Presentation**: Preparing reports and presentations on key performance indicators, customer satisfaction metrics, and the results of CX initiatives.
- **Shadowing and Learning**: Observing and learning from experienced CX professionals to gain practical insights into the field.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update a database of customers, leads, or contacts who can potentially provide reviews or feedback. This database may include contact information and relevant details about the customers.
- **Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to customers who have recently used the product or service, encouraging them to share their opinions and experiences through reviews on the various booking platforms that the Hosteller is listed on.
- **Customer Engagement**:Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust to increase the likelihood of a positive response.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on best practices in customer review solicitation and customer service, and continually improve cold-calling techniques.
- **Positive Reputation Management**: Monitor online review platforms to ensure that collected reviews are accurate and reflect the customer experience. Address any negative reviews professionally and constructively.
**Requirements**:
- 12th Pass/ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
- Freshers welcome
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets/ Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
