Payroll and Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including preparation of vouchers and payment processing.
- Assist in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Help prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist in handling tax-related activities such as TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
**Payroll Management**:
- Assist in the preparation and disbursement of employee payroll.
- Ensure accurate calculations of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and other allowances.
- Address employee payroll queries and support the resolution of payroll issues.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance with PF, ESI, and TDS filings.
**HR Responsibilities**:
- Assist in employee onboarding, including documentation, induction, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events.
- Help maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1 year of experience in accounting, payroll management, or HR functions.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.), payroll software, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of payroll management, statutory compliance, and basic accounting principles.
- **Communication**: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively coordinate between departments and interact with employees.
- **Soft Skills**: Attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
**Preferred**:
- Experience working with payroll and accounting software.
- Exposure to HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
