**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Development**:
- Design and develop authentic Pan Asian menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Create unique dishes while maintaining traditional authenticity and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to introduce seasonal specialties and promotions.
- **Food Preparation**:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all Pan Asian dishes.
- Ensure dishes are prepared to the highest quality, maintaining consistency in taste, appearance, and portion sizes.
- Stay updated with new techniques and trends in Pan Asian cuisine.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Train, mentor, and manage the Pan Asian kitchen team, ensuring high performance and skill development.
- Monitor staff adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- **Inventory and Cost Management**:
- Manage kitchen inventory, including sourcing and procurement of authentic ingredients.
- Ensure mínimal wastage through efficient stock management and portion control.
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgets in line with the hotel's financial goals.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and gather feedback on menu items.
- Customize dishes for special dietary requirements or requests.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance guest dining experiences.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure the kitchen complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Train staff on food safety practices and HACCP guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Asian culinary techniques is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pan Asian Chef, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Proven track record in managing a team and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- **Skills**:
- Expertise in preparing dishes across multiple Asian cuisines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative approach to menu development and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
