**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Guest Relationship Executive will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective.
- He/she will utilize client relationship management skills to convert walk-in customers into high paying customers (i.e., convincing walk in customers for group celebration like Birthday, Family & Kitty Parties) thus to obtain additional revenue during their entire stay.
- Develop and manage client portfolios to ensure returning customers.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
- Ensuring strong customer service levels are met in line with Company objectives.
- Developing plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction along with other internal stakeholders.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
