**Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project goals.
Develop concept sketches, 3D models, and architectural drawings to communicate design ideas.
Create comprehensive design proposals, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

**Project Management**:Lead project teams and collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors.
Develop and manage project timelines, and resources.
Oversee the construction process, ensuring that designs are executed according to specifications and standards.

**Technical Proficiency**:Demonstrate a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal aspects related to construction projects.
Create detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, and specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and materials to integrate innovative solutions into designs.

**Client Interaction**:Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Present design proposals and project progress to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
