Promote and sell steel bars to the dealers/sub-dealers in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Visit dealer counters daily according to the beat plan.
- Provide excellent service and address queries or concerns.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Appoint new dealers and contribute to network expansion.
- Do market analysis with competitors’ products, scheme and availability.

**Experience**: 9-10 years of experience
**Educational Qualification**: Any Graduate
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and result-driven approach
- Familiarity with concern geographical region.
- Must posses a two wheeler and a valid two wheelers license.

**Languges known** : Excellent communication skills in English, Assamese and Hindi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
