Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Medical

background in pharmaceutical sales, specifically within the Dermatology sector. The primary

responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our dermatological products to healthcare professionals,

including dermatologists, general practitioners, and other relevant medical personnel.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Promotion:

- Promote company dermatological products effectively to healthcare professionals in the

Dermatology channel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, dermatologists, and

other healthcare providers.
- Utilize product knowledge and clinical data to educate healthcare professionals on the

efficacy, safety, and benefits of our products.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, workshops, and seminars to increase

product awareness and drive sales.

2. Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities

within the Dermatology channel.
- Analyze sales performance and market feedback to develop effective sales strategies and

promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns

tailored to the Dermatology channel.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database of healthcare professionals

within the Dermatology channel.
- Regularly visit healthcare professionals to establish rapport, address their concerns, and

provide support as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product requests, and feedback to ensure high

levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Training and Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends, new dermatological products, and treatment

modalities through continuous education and training.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a

plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Business Development

Associate in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on the Dermatology channel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Dermatology

segment.
- Strong understanding of dermatological conditions, treatments, and products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
