Rohlig Blue Services is our Shared Services Centre based in Chennai, is hiring Inside Sales Support based out of Chennai.
**Responsibilities**:
As Inside Sales Support, you will be responsible for the following
- Provide support to the Tender management team
- Developing new leads
- Respond and follow up on sales inquiries and leads using appropriate methods.
- Route-qualified opportunities for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Prepare Sales reports
**Requirements and Skills**:
To be successful in this position, you need to display:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Familiarity with freight forwarding procedures
- Understanding of the sales process, services, and products.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Quick learner
