**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.

**DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Direct Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of IT services (Capacity Management, Monitoring, Continuity, Controls, Incident & Problem management, Change Management).
- Provide L3/L4 technical support and prepare proof of concept
- Able to design and architecture for various projects and has experience to drive large scale migrations across various tools of collaborative infrastructure.
- Manage Messaging infrastructure (M365, MS Exchange on-prem, Lotus Domino, IronPort).
- Manage Mobile Device Management infrastructure (MobileIron, MS Intune).
- Manage Instant Messaging infrastructure (MS-Teams, MS-Skype for Business, Symphony).
- Manage Directory services (AD, LDAP, AzureAD, MS IntraID)
- Manage Compliance and Legal Archiving infrastructure (Veritas Enterprise Vault, Vantage,Verba).
- Contribute to, and execute, our recovery plan for BNPP IT for messaging services.
- Manage the flow of End-User (Requests/Incidents) in the appropriate workflows (Service-Now, SailPoint).
- Ensure that work processes are documented.
- Liaising with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support and IT Security Teams to resolve issues, complete tasks and deliver projects in a timely fashion
- Ensure to be proven as good team player to deliver the objectives assigned to the team
- Must have a continual improvement and risk mitigation focus and proactively improve the monitoring, efficiency, reliability, capacity and quality of all IT services under his/her managed perimeter.
