**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Typing Skills**:Exhibit exceptional typing skills to maintain quick and accurate responses during chat interactions.
- **Computer Proficiency**
- **Written Communication**:Maintain high-quality written communication in English, ensuring clarity, grammar, and spelling are impeccable.
- **Shift Flexibility**:Adapt to rotational shifts as part of the international process to ensure 24/7 chat support coverage.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share information, best practices, and knowledge to improve overall customer support quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in chat-based customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent typing skills with a typing speed of [specify speed] words per minute.
- Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with chat support software and tools.
- Strong command of written English with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by the international support process.
