**Job Description**:
R K Solar Systems Pune is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our solar energy solutions, cultivating relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company at the forefront of the renewable energy industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, outlining the benefits and specifications of our solar products and services.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate system design and installation plans that meet client requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials, promotional campaigns, and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings and site visits.
