We are seeking an experienced and talented Area Sales Manager - Air Compressor Manufacturing to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in sales and account management in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry
- Strong client relations and customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and explain technical concepts to clients
- Expertise in lead generation and sales process management
- Experience in business relationship management
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing them with best-in-class services
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our air compressor products
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
