Job Title: Higher Education Admission Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and partnerships.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective students interested in higher education programs.

Consultative Selling:
Conduct informative and engaging consultations with potential students to understand their educational needs and goals.

Provide detailed information about our institution, programs, admission requirements, and career outcomes.

Customize solutions to match the unique needs of individual students.

Admissions Process Management:
Collaborate with admissions and enrollment teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for prospective students.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational counselors.

Attend industry events, fairs, and conferences to network and build connections within the higher education community.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities using our CRM system.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Sales, Marketing, Business, etc.).

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of the higher education landscape and admissions processes.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
