- Minimum 03 years’ experience as an Office Assistant / Office Executive/ Data Entry Operator

**Additional skills required**:

- Good communication skill in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Good in MS office, Internet
- Typing speed (40 w.p.m.)
- Keeping record of all the equipment and consumables purchased for the purpose of Ayurveda Camps
- Maintaining all the equipment and machinery being used in camps and striving to get each equipment maintained and ready for the next camp. Doing the regular maintenance and where ever required getting the AMC done.
- Understanding all the software used for the camps, regular maintenance of all relevant software under use. Help in completing the data entries, cleaning the data and analysing the data on instructions of the Medical Officer or the Director of Ayurveda Hospital Shirpur.
- Keeping the inventory of camp related equipment maintained and procuring with the help of MO the required items in advance and keeping them camp ready.
- Making calls to the patients for follow up. Following up the patients who are referred to the higher centre.
- Helping the Medical Officer Ayurveda in discharging all his duties.
- Procurement of medicines, their disbursal and their storage shall be one important responsibility.
- Help in all aspects to the Ayurveda Medical Officer in purchasing new medicines for the coming up camps.
- Keeping a stock of the consumables used in the camps.
- Keeping a record of the payments made to doctors or to volunteers as the case may be.
- Coordinate with respective institutes and departments and different officers and dignitaries for the purpose of smooth function of the medical camps.
- Generate various reports from various systems as and when required.
- Assist in other priorities of the team
- Other administrative work as and when required
