To make cold calls from the database & fix up appointment

Establish & maintain relationships with clients

Rigorous follow up with the leads

Responsible for maintaining the call data including call tracking.

Maintain MIS on daily basis regarding all the calls made

Update and co ordinate with sales team well in advance on all the site visits

Ensures proper records of all the calls

Smooth co-ordination and conversion to site visit

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend only

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 2 years (preferred)
