**Location**: Navi Mumbai CBD Belapur

**CTC**: Up to ₹2 Lakhs per annum (Overtime provided for extra working hours)

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Flexible working hours required)

**Department**: Processing Department

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Processing**:

- Handle Apostille documents, health certificates, and COO (Certificate of Origin) certificates.
- Draft and prepare certificates of origin as per invoices.
- Prepare samples of edible food items and coordinate with BRIT Laboratory (Vashi) for testing and health certificates.
- Handle pharma-related documents, including COPP, WHO GMP, and health certificates.
- Manage commercial documents such as regulatory documents, power of attorney, agency agreements, and free sales certificates.
- Handle agro products-related documents, including phyto certificates, zoo veterinary certificates, and Halal certificates.
- Prepare all commercial and exporter-related documents for legalization in MEA, consulates, and embassies.
- Prepare Export Inspection Council of India (EIA) health certificates.
- **Communication**:

- Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned departments.
- Make necessary outgoing calls and handle client communication.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and document requirements.
- **Courier & Dispatch Management**:

- Manage inward and outward couriers.
- Oversee the working process of documents until dispatch.
- **Billing & Financial Coordination**:

- Prepare bills in Tally software.
- Prepare cheques as per invoices and handle other financial documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in handling similar responsibilities, particularly in document processing and coordination.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in handling apostille documents, health certificates, COO certificates, and other related documents.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Tally and basic financial documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
