We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Sales Intern to join our team. As a Corporate Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our firms while developing valuable sales skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for our recruiting services.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach activities.
- Present our services to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel).
- Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).
