**Responsibilities**:

- _Develop and deliver design courses for students in various design disciplines, including visual design, design identity and culture, fashion design, architecture design and design portfolios_
- _Facilitate learning and discussions through a combination of in-person and remote teaching methods_
- _Provide guidance and feedback to students on their design projects and portfolios_
- _Collaborate with the Artshala team to create and improve curriculum and teaching materials_
- _Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies_
- _As an instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering remote and hybrid courses in an engaging and effective manner. _
- _These responsibilities may include but are not limited to developing course outlines, creating multimedia content, leading online discussions and activities, mentoring and training students, providing feedback on student work, maintaining student progress reports and participating in program and departmental meetings. _
- _You will also be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the course are delivered in a timely and professional manner, including online safety guidelines and academic requirements._
- _You will also be responsible for mentoring students to encourage them to think outside the box in their design practice. _

**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAS**
- _Experience with the development of design projects from concept to final pieces, using industry relevant softwares and tools._
- _Proficiency in both traditional and digital extensions of their chosen field of design practice_
- _Knowledge of leading design industry softwares such as but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch_
- _Minimum design experience required for consideration is 03 years_
- _Proven display of design proficiency and innovation through commercial practice / individual projects / softwares / design tools_
- _Ability to understand and empathise with student’s needs and be willing to provide solutions to their learning challenges _
- _Must be an Indian citizen aged 18 years or older with relevant and verified government identification documents_
- _**MUST BE RESIDING IN DELHI-NCR REGION**_
- _Must be willing to comply with our background verification procedures_
- _Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills_
- _Equal efficiency in conducting training in a personal and/or focused cohort framework_
- _Ability to create hands-on learning activities and tasks for students for optimal skill development_
- _Updated skill sets including the most current industry softwares, tools and practices being used in the design industry_
- _Training experience at the secondary & post secondary level is considered an asset, equivalent relevant experience will be considered_
- _A clear understanding of learning requirements under the IGCSE, ICSE as well as CBSE framework will be an added advantage_
- _The compensation for the position is commensurate with the level of design proficiency, ability to effectively train students and the market standards for similar roles. _
