**Instruction**: The primary duty of a Taekwondo instructor is to teach students the techniques, forms, and principles of Taekwondo. This includes demonstrating proper form, providing verbal instruction, and correcting students' techniques.
- **Curriculum Development**: Instructors may be responsible for developing lesson plans and curriculum that align with the school's goals and objectives. This could involve designing progressive training programs to help students advance in their skills.
- **Safety and Discipline**: Ensuring the safety of students during training sessions is crucial. Instructors must enforce safety rules and guidelines to prevent injuries. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining discipline and order in the class.
- **Physical Fitness**: Taekwondo instructors often incorporate physical conditioning exercises into their classes to improve students' strength, flexibility, and endurance.
- **Mentoring and Motivation**: Instructors serve as mentors and role models for their students. They provide encouragement, motivation, and support to help students overcome challenges and reach their goals.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Instructors assess students' progress regularly through testing, evaluations, and competitions. They provide feedback to students and parents on areas for improvement and areas of strength.
- **Promotion and Events**: Taekwondo instructors may organize and participate in events such as belt promotions, demonstrations, and tournaments. These events help showcase students' skills and achievements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
