**Job Info**

Training students on Aeromodelling via STEM activities, model making, model flying and explaining the theories behind flight. The trainer will be provided with the teaching material and lesson plans and will be expected to follow the curriculum while adding their own child-friendly method of delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow the lesson plans tailored to students' age, experience level, and interests.
- Create a fun and safe learning environment that fosters creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple students during model making and flying sessions
- Instruct students on the fundamentals of aerodynamics, aircraft design, and construction techniques using various materials (balsa wood, foam, etc.).
- Guide students through the assembly process, ensuring proper construction methods for optimal flight performance.
- Provide clear and concise instructions on basic aeromodelling principles.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, ensuring a learning experience for all students.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of various ages.
- A patient, encouraging, and safety-conscious approach to teaching. Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to adapt instruction to individual learning styles.
- Strong safety awareness and a commitment to creating a safe learning environment.
- Experience working with children is a plus.
