Talent Acquisition Executive

To be a successful, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical / non-technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Target Oriented and Aggressive hiring
- ** Minimum 3 years of experience with hands-on recruiting with a proven track record**
- Organized and enthusiastic - must have a positive attitude
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals is a must
- Good to have previous hiring experience on Salesforce, Python and someone who

has prior experience of hiring for product companies

**Skills**:

- Good Sourcing Skills
- Headhunting
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multitasking

Qualifications:
BE / MBA is preferred
