- The role is instrumental in our IT Security Efforts for Novartis Manufacturing and is responsible to support in the key area of IT/OT Manufacturing Security sites. The focus for this role is maintaining and update E2E Service onboarding processes for system, managing Identity and Access systems and to support the sites with onboarding.
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the design for the NORA Security service onboarding process and be the key point of contact for NORA queries from sites and service lines.
- Facilitate Identity and Access Management configuration and active directory for system onboarding and new projects.
- Support and coordinate escalations for AD, Access Provisioning and other identity systems, upgrades and improvements to the service onboarding and NORA architecture.
- Update the NORA service onboarding processes as needed based on improvements, organizational changes and compliance/regulatory changes.
- Reviewing NORA issues raised by sites and advising to the correct service line and guide sites through the NORA onboarding process.
- Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
- Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible service area.
- Follow governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation. Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- University working and thinking level, degree in computer science or comparable education / experience with 6+years of IT experience.
- Experience with IT Infrastructure and processes and understanding of OT & Manufacturing Automation Systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Identity Management Systems and experience with SIEM, event management, incident detection and incident response in the context of OT
- Application management experience, Managing incidents, Backups, DR and experience with anomaly detection tools like Microsoft Defender for IoT
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
