About the Team

The Business Technology Go-To-Market team works in close partnership with our business partners to help fuel growth and revenue goals for Workday, along with driving exceptional Customer and employee experiences. The team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative business and technical led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Digital, Customer Support & Legal business functions with Salesforce being the primary platform alongside other cutting edge platforms like SnapLogic, CPQ - Conga/Apttus, Reltio, Heroku, CLM, AWS, OKTA (SSO) and other.

- The Business Technology Go-To-Market team works in close partnership with our business partners to help fuel growth and revenue goals for Workday, along with driving exceptional Customer and employee experiences. The team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative architecture-led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions with Salesforce being the primary platform alongside other cutting edge platforms like SnapLogic for Integrations, Conga/Apttus for CPQ, CLM, AWS as PaaS, Coveo Search Platform, OKTA for SSO and others_

Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Implement/Enable (Services) is currently looking for a Scrum Master/Program Manager, Information Systems Software Application Development.

About You

About You

Key Duties:

- Coordinate with various product owners and GTM organizations to deliver products using Agile/Scrum practices
- Assess the Agile maturity of the scrum teams and mentor the team through delivery metrics
- Fostering a collaborative and safe environment where problems can be raised, with an emphasis in problem solving and systemic improvement
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within team
- Support engineering leads with respect to product backlog refinement and maintenance
- SME for agile methodologies and best practices
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint design and retro meetings.
- Remove impediments that hinder sprint/project progress
- Manage Jira boards
- Create KPIs, progress reports, burndown charts and dashboards to monitor progress and share with team and leadership.
- Mentoring and motivating teams on process
- Coaching the team in self organization and cross functionality
- Managing timelines

Basic Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or technical project management
- Understanding of CRM integrations, Salesforce, Cloud environments
- Defining new agile dashboards to track metrics
- Success track record in championing agile practice through coaching and mentoring
- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I)

Other Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Prior experience working with distributed teams in different time zones
- Knowledge of Business KPIs, Metric definitions, updating metadata
- Experience with Atlassian products and handling product backlogs
