Job Description: CRM Telemarketing Representative

**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calling:

- Utilize CRM software to identify potential customers and initiate outbound calls to prospects.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products or services.
- Collect relevant customer information and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed records of each call.

Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify sales leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
- Conduct research on potential customers to gather insights and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services to generate interest and schedule follow-up actions.

Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns, objections, and inquiries in a knowledgeable and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products or services to potential customers.

Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts as needed.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales metrics.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve CRM processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably with a focus on CRM.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using it effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
