**We are looking for a Sales Admin Representative** **(f/m/d)**

The Sales Admin Representative is responsible for the administration of Non Instrument quotes preparation. Contributes to customer satisfaction by timely and accurately processing customer requests, orders, tenders, Vendor Questionnare etc. Contributes to customer satisfaction and takes care of meeting customer’s needs. Impacts upon the Company's achievement by processing customers’ requests and accurate processing of orders, etc. Must possess excellent administration, organizational aptitude, have good attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position is part of the Sales Admin team and will be based in the Mumbai office.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Proactively manage the full quote to invoice cycle for non-instrument orders and software orders (quotes, orders, returns, credit and rebills, report review, vendor registrations) manage generic mail box proficiently act proactively as a backup of colleague
- Independently and proactively work on discount maintenance
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the team and actively contribute to cross-functional projects

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Minimum Educated to Graduate / Degree from University
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a customer facing role
- Fluent in English

**It would be a plus if you also **possess** **previous** experience in**:

- Good knowledge of ERP system (Oracle, SAP or similar)
- PC Literate - Microsoft Office/Word/Excel
- Strong Customer focus
- Experience working in a global/cross-regional market place
