**Job Title: Onsite Bookkeeper**

**Location**: Chikkadapally, Hyderabad, India
**Shift**: US Shift (Night Shift)

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Onsite

**Experience**: Minimum 5 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Maintenance**: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- **Payroll Processing**: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes in compliance with US regulations.
- **Invoicing and Billing**: Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable collections efficiently.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Tax Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of financial documents for tax filings, ensuring compliance with US tax laws.
- **Audit Support**: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights based on financial data.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all financial practices comply with US GAAP and other relevant regulations.
- **Communication**: Liaise with the US-based finance team, providing updates and resolving any issues related to financial records and transactions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of US accounting standards.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines during night shifts.
- **Confidentiality**: High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a US-based company or with US clients.
- Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations.
- Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent.

**Work Environment**:

- This position requires working onsite at our Chikkadapally, Hyderabad location.
- The role is during US shift hours, specifically night shifts, to align with US business hours.
