We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
- Experience in Business Process improvement, process mapping studies is an added advantage.
- Other responsibilities will be working to develop the processes, reports and strategies that improve operations to meet organizational goals and programs.
- Work with members of the sales and sales operations teams to ensure we are capturing and surfacing the best information to make decisions and to support performance and pipeline reporting which will help us to succeed in achieving sales goals.
- Represent the newly acquired Sales and Sales Operations employees during the integration process. Liaise between the newly acquired Sales team and NTT DATA Services Sales team.
- Guide and translate how newly acquired Sales, Account Management, and Sales Operations employees will function within NTT DATA Services

**Basic Qualifications**
- Overall 10-12 years of work experience
- With at least 8+ years of experience in Sales/ Business Operations, Project Management
- 16+ years of formal education
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

**Additional Skills**
- Excellent knowledge of Excel / other reporting and analytics tools is required
- Knowledge of Tableau/ CRMA/ analytical/ visualization tool is an advantage
- Strong Project / Program Management skills
- Professional analytical and financial skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and management skills.
- Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills
- Exposure working with global stakeholders and working in a matrix organization is a plus
