Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain relationships with global clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded via voice and live chat interactions

2.Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and pursue strategic partnerships.

3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that address client needs.

4.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in international markets.

5.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

6.Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics and progress towards targets.

7.Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
