**About Oakbrook**:
Oakbrook is a digitally enabled consumer finance and technology business, removing the barriers between consumers that want to borrow and investors that want to lend.
Formed in 2011, Oakbrook has brought together people with deep expertise in consumer lending, advanced analytics, and forward-thinking technologists, with a shared belief that there is a better way to do consumer lending - by being more personalized and customer focused. Oakbrook comprises of 2 FCA regulated consumer lending businesses and O6K, a business-to-business technology and analytics company.
The shared purpose across all 3 companies is solving the challenge of simplifying and personalising borrowing. Providing customers with fairer access to credit based on their individual circumstances leveraging cutting edge technology
Oakbrook has been lending since 2014 and has developed into one of the leading non-bank loan providers in the UK, with loan amounts ranging from £500 to £15,000 across Prime, Near Prime and Non-Prime APR bands.
**The role**
The Associate, Customer Experience is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and this role will support Oakbrook for underwriting of loans. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI enabled tech businesses.
**About you**
**Must Have**:
- 1-3 years of experience in fintech/Mortgage/Lending operations for UK/US clients
- Operational experience with all phases of banking/lending customer life cycle like call centre, back office, retention
**Nice to Have**:
- Knowledge and Subject Matter Expertise around lending processes, and systems
- Excellent analytical skills to identify the process/product gaps and provide resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate/Under-graduate from recognized university.
