Customer Care Executive

Touchstone Foundation and Hare Krishna Movement is a world-wide Movement for many charitable activities. We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Customer ( Donor) Service Executive.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day to day operations of Front Desk Department
- Liaise with Donors and Volunteers and maintain good relationship with them
- Responsible for the smooth operations for all Donor Relations events, activities, ceremonies and customer servicing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor contact and biographical information in customer data base.
- Fulfil data and reporting requests, including the production of donor lists, and quarterly ceremony report for MC meeting
- Assist in supporting overseas pilgrimages, trips etc
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
**Operation & Servicing**:
- Responsible for Data verification & validation ensuring statutory compliance and audit requirement are fulfilled for assurance of Form 10BE.
- Managing Channel Partners ensuring they submit Donor data with all the relevant information for audit purpose.
- Responsible for making Compliance report of all agencies to be shared with Coordinator-Donor ops & servicing.
- 100% Verification calls to all the donors for proper data records ensuring KYC are updated accurately
- Checking of physical forms with the data & maintaining them in files for record & audit purpose.
- Maintaining data of donor queries for records purpose.
- Responsible for Scanning of donation forms for digital records.
- Handling collateral material - maintaining the data for all.
**Requirements**:
- A Levels / Diploma and above
- Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be meticulous, creative and able to work independently
- Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays (5 days work week)
- Customer-oriented
- Good written and spoken English & telugu in order to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient with MS office. Especially Excel Sheet ( use of formulas - Pivot table, H-look up, V-look up)
- Heart for charitable activity.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
