**Position: Business Coach**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Coach to join our team and empower individuals or teams in achieving professional and organizational success. As a Business Coach, you will collaborate with clients to set and achieve business goals, enhance skills, and navigate challenges effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with clients to define clear business objectives and establish measurable goals.

2. Provide guidance in developing strategic plans and actionable steps to enhance business performance.

3. Identify and address skill gaps, offering coaching to improve leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

4. Assist in problem-solving and decision-making processes, helping clients navigate challenges effectively.

5. Evaluate current business practices and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6. Offer constructive feedback and insights to enhance personal and professional growth.

7. Hold clients accountable for their actions, ensuring they follow through on set plans and objectives.

8. Provide guidance on building professional networks and establishing valuable connections within the industry.

9. Support entrepreneurs in launching, scaling, or optimizing their businesses.

10. Boost confidence, motivation, and resilience, fostering a positive mindset in facing challenges.

11. Stay informed about market trends, industry changes, and best practices to provide relevant advice.

12. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Business Coach or in a related coaching role.

2. Strong understanding of business principles and market dynamics.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to inspire and motivate individuals or teams.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

6. Familiarity with diverse business sectors and industries.

7. Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications.

8. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
