This role involves directly assisting our E-commerce clients, predominantly located in the US, through chat support while managing key administrative tasks vital to the business. Training on essential tools and technologies will be provided. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Customer Support:
Offer first-point contact and deliver solutions to customer issues via chat.

Escalate unresolved queries efficiently to the concerned department.

Record and route customer problems and inquiries accurately.

Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.

Administrative Tasks:
Maintain, update, and manage records related to customer feedback, inquiries, and resolutions.

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to pinpoint and implement potential process enhancements.

Monitor and manage e-commerce related tasks including inventory checks, order status tracking, and shipping details.

Technical Acumen:
Gain proficiency in the tools and technologies utilized by our clients.

Participate in training sessions and become adept in the prescribed tools and platforms.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.

Strong written communication abilities.

Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Proficiency in English is a must. Multilingual abilities are a bonus.

Self-driven, with the capability to manage tasks independently.

Fresher’s are encouraged to apply; however, prior customer support experience will be considered a plus.

Training:
In-depth training will be imparted on all necessary tools and technologies integral to our e-commerce clients.

**Salary**: ₹10,704.56 - ₹30,618.09 per month

- Day shift

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
