Front & Admin Executive Job Description

Experience : 3+ years

Location : Hyderabad

preferred : Females only

Position Overview:
The Front & Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves managing front desk activities, providing administrative support, and maintaining a well-organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Management:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Office Management:

- Ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Organize and archive documents and records systematically.
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintaining databases.
- Visitor and Employee Assistance:

- Provide assistance and support to visitors and employees as required.
- Address queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field is a plus.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹386,030.97 - ₹2,036,055.77 per year
