**Role**: Customer Care Representative

**Location**: OMR, Chennai

**Experience**: 5+ yrs in Customer Support

**Salary**: Based on Market Standard

**Roles & responsibilities**:
Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback with relevant teams.

Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

**Skills**:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and communication tools.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Time management skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Prior customer service experience is often preferred but not always required
