**Technical Lead/ Operations Lead**
- High sensitivity to Customer issues - Ability to respond with speed, have work around solutions and be able to fix problems permanently part.
- Identifying improvement actions and fixing them timely.
- Alignment of team for Technical, Soft Skill, Leadership & Functional training as per TNI for Current Skill enhancement and getting Multi Skilled
- Review and Manage Domain SME's during KAP phase and review KAP progress, Captured Gaps, Observations, Monitoring Parameters, Risks and closer.
- Knowledge in Project Management.
- Identifying the improvement area and Drive enhancement to UNIFY portal for Domain related Guidelines, SMTD/KAP Templates, SOPs, Checklists, Best Practices, RACI, Risk Register and Mitigation Plans.
- Vendor/Partner (third Party) Escalation Management
- Review performance with Wipro team and participate in project board reviews.
- Identifying the improvement area and Drive enhancement in automation of tools dashboard and templates available in transition.
- Ensuring the completion of KAP and KT with Signoff from Customer
- Participate and lead daily review internally and externally (customer) at high levels for the project transition from over all Technical front for all domains.
- Identifying the improvement area and Drive enhancement in automation of tools dashboard and templates available in transition.

- Ability to drive team to achieve project timelines
- Would be able to conduct presentations and discussions with Senior management at Customer end
- Would be able to work closely with the internal team e.g. Practice team and Operations team for resourcing and escalations

**Expected skills/Experience**:

- Minimum of 8-10 year experience in Windows/Virtualization/Network Infrastructure support.
- Technically sound, able to understand the customer needs and project requirements
- Experience in leading at multiple large Programs including Rollout, Infrastructure integration.
- Strong in Documentation skills and other presentation skills.
- L3 level experience in Windows Operating systems support, Clustering,
- Knowledge in Active directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, VMware/Citrix and related components
- Handle L3/L4 technical escalations and ability to quickly analyze & diagnose technical problems
- Performance Management
- Knowledge on Storage, Networking, Firewall, Patch management and backup Applications/devices etc.
- Roles and Privileges Management
- Good understanding of various IT domains and ability to foresee inter dependencies
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse cultures, Ability to work flexible and stretch hours, Strong and timely decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Service Management standards (e.g. ITIL)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
