**Job Title: [Front Office Assistant/ Data Entry Specialist] - Night Shift**

**Key Details**:

- **Shift Timing**: [7.30 pm to 4.30 am]
- **Location**: [Seethamadhara, Visakhapatnam]

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Office Administration**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain office supplies.

**2. Customer Service**:
**3. Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and other documentation.

**4. Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including Interviews.

**5. Front Desk Support**:

- Greet visitors, manage front desk activities, and create a welcoming environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-centric approach.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
