**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Follow-up on shipping/tracking information.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase business.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Creating daily KPI of daily work.
- Utilizes strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, professional attitude, and represents the company with integrity and professionalism.
- Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to Company.
- Responding to, qualifying, and tracking online Leads and Requests.
- Assists all customers as calls in rotation and ensures appropriate order procedures and processing.
- Also be well read on company policies and the websites for FAQs or latest offers & pricing.

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills(verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good Listening Skills
- Ability to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision makers to drive change through the company.
- Outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolving skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Navi Mumbai - 400706, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
