As the Marketing Workflow Associate in our Asset and Wealth Management Marketing Team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with team members and stakeholders to identify, understand and document key current state processes, operating models, roles and responsibilities, SLAs and tools involved for highest priority marketing use-cases and workflows
- Day-to day management of select projects and initiatives aimed at driving efficiency and optimization meeting established objectives, scope and timelines
- Inventory/create and maintain a library of marketing playbooks that can serve as a ready and easy-to-use reference guide for the marketing community; create training program with intuitive job-aids and incrementally rollout onboarding modules for new joiners to help with a more seamless integration into their roles and the organization
- Explore and outline data flow and system integration needs across marketing tools and platforms in use to minimize manual data entry and redundant tasks for marketers across systems to inform marketing product roadmaps and improve end-to-end workflow efficiency.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Experience in business process analysis and project management either within marketing and distribution services domain and/or within financial services industry
- Operational management background with track record in managing workflows by maintaining SLAs and quality standards (leveraging process frameworks like lean/six sigma etc. a plus)
- Experience in rollout of training programs or implementation of consistent best practices with ongoing measurement of adoption and incrementally incorporating feedback from practitioners.
- Demonstrate high learning agility
- Excel, Visio, Word

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Masters degree in marketing, information systems, finance or engineering preferred
- Structured thinker with strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Change agent with a passion for driving and contributing to business transformation initiatives, process reengineering and human centered design thinking
- Familiarity with common marketing and distribution platforms or similar systems like Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce etc.
