**Position Responsibilities**
- Building and analyzing sophisticated customer journeys/behavioral patterns which blend a combination of digital behavior data with digital therapeutic data
- Analyzing user journeys to understand user behavior with a focus on increasing user stickiness, improving app engagement & retention
- Launch A/B tests, analyze experiment results and provide recommendations
- Provide insights / guidance on the user journeys and personas
- Personalizing user experience through user segmentation & targeting
- Use broad spectrum of Machine Learning techniques to extract impactful features from unstructured data
- Understanding & experience of concepts like Probabilistic Models, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Cluster analysis and experience in developing and maintaining machine learning models
- Be an innovator and generate ideas / novel approaches to business problems
- Build compelling, interactive dashboards utilizing Tableau or Power BI
- Responsible for defining, developing, communicating key metrics and business trends to relevant stakeholders

**Basic Qualifications**
- 2-8 years of in-depth hands-on experience in building models using statistical and ML modelling techniques & Experimentation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Advanced Analytics and Data Science, or other relevant degree area; Master’s degree preferred in these disciplines
- Experience with the following technologies: Python/R, SQL, Tableau /Power BI
- Experience with Auto ML tools, Amazon Sagemaker studio/ Azure machine learning studio/ DATAIKU etc

**Additional Skills/Preferences**
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations
- High learning agility
- Familiarity with pharma data sets like (APLD, Xponent, DDD, NPA, FIA, MMIT, etc. )
- Experience in working with clinical data sets preferred
- Exceptional listening skills, with an ability to ask the right questions and uncover hidden insights
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), storytelling, and interpersonal influencing skills and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms like AWS (preferred) or Azure
