Manage the deliveries from the team in Bangalore. Collaborate with the Product owner working from GOT and help the team with right prioritization of activities.
Ensure best quality of deliveries are done by the team

**Your future team**
- The team consists of Java backend developers with wide range of experience from juniors to senior levels. The team also consists of Testers, BA and Architect resources._

**Who are you?**
:

- Having experience of managing team of Java developers working on AWS cloud is added advantage. Should have experience of doing performance reviews for resources. Should have experience of managing consultant resources and giving them timely feedback. Should have experience of working with vendor managers for recruiting new consultant resources whenever there is a need. Should have experience of conflict management. Preparing status reports and presentations to high management is part of the job._
