Purpose:
Network Administrator II will support the implementation, monitoring, management, problem/incident resolution, and root cause analysis of network connections and devices. This role will be primarily responsible for network administration globally, along with assisting in planning and implementation of global network capital projects and helping to ensure a secure and stable network enterprise wide.

Accountabilities:

- Implement and manage network equipment (routers, switches, wireless/wired, SDWAN, firewalls, Load Balancers) across multiple sites, including coordinating cutover logistics and change management.
- Establish network monitoring for newly installed and replaced equipment.
- Monitor circuit connectivity and identify/resolve interruptions to the services.
- Maintain connectivity and virtual connections to public cloud services.
- Manage the LAN/WAN routing protocols between the routers and perform port management, network capacity management.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in managing and/or installing network equipment (routers, switches and wireless access points). 3-5 years
- Experience in managing TCP/IP networks. IP address assignment and subnetting. 3-5 years
- Experience working with network monitoring system (SolarWinds or similar) 3-5 years
- Experience working with SD-WAN technologies 0-3 years
- CCNA certification preferred
- Knowledge of network OSI model.
- Customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
