**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and detailed information about company policies, procedures, and services to agents/brokers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve policy issues swiftly and effectively, offering timely resolutions and valuable feedback for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex policy and claims concerns, demonstrating efficiency and effective problem-solving.
- Document all agent/broker interactions; including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, meticulously recording them in appropriate systems.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for common policy/claims problems and resolutions, enhancing team knowledge and efficiency.
- Adhere to established performance metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards to uphold exceptional service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies related to agent/broker support, ensuring accurate and current knowledge.

**Minimum Skills** **Required**:

- High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, allowing for efficient problem identification and resolution.
- Ability to investigate issues for quick resolution and escalate when necessary.
