We seek a high-functioning, energetic member to join as Business Development Associate.
Taking meetings with clients in Central Europe and communicating with business
decision-makers at the C-level will be your responsibility, so fluency in Chinese is necessary for
this position. The responsibility of a Business Development Associate is to know and manage
additional assets for the firm. Preparing a meeting, a final presentation and a proposal to a
prospective client takes much planning and effort.

**Areas where you can excel as a BDA based on the mentioned KPIs**:1. Client Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong
client connections, fostering repeat business, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Prospecting Expertise: Detailed knowledge of identifying and evaluating potential
clients and driving new business opportunities.
3. Sales Pipeline Understanding: Proficient in navigating the sales process stages and
optimizing conversions from lead generation to deal closure.
4. Customer Service Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer
experiences, increasing loyalty, and generating positive referrals.
5. Independent Organization: Highly skilled in independent task management, prioritization, and
meeting deadlines effectively.
6. Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools
for streamlined operations and communication.

**Responsibilities (including but not limited to) we’ll trust you with**:1. Strategic Relationship Development: Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with
potential customers and partners.
2. Engage High-Level Executives: Communicate with C-suite executives and decision-makers to
explore business opportunities.
3. Meeting Goals: Achieve monthly or quarterly appointment targets to drive business growth.
4. Event Attendance: Increase attendance at marketing and sales events in the target area.
5. New Client Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
6. Call Forecasting & Feedback: Prepare for calls strategically and provide detailed feedback on
outcomes.
7. CRM Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the CRM system.
8. CRM Activities Utilization: Consistently use CRM's "Activities" feature to track progress and
communications.
9. Support PR, Marketing, and Sales: Assist in company-wide initiatives to enhance brand
awareness and boost sales efforts.

**Core Competencies**
- Experience in IT organizations with 2+ years is preferred
- Fluent Chinese communication skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Having the ability to deliver a powerful presentation to both small and large groups
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with and influence internal partners
- Prefer familiarity with databases, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
