Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to obtain relevant quotations and supporting documentation.

Reviewing and editing tender documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with tender requirements.

Relationship Building:
Cultivating strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and increase tender success rates.

Attending pre-bid meetings, site visits, and networking events to gather information and establish rapport with potential clients.

Post-Tender Activities:
Following up on submitted tenders to track progress and gather feedback.

Analyzing tender outcomes and identifying areas for improvement in future submissions.

Maintaining a database of tender documents, templates, and historical data for reference and reporting purposes.
