**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Tender Management**:

- Monitor the Government e-Marketplace portal regularly for new tender notifications relevant to our business.
- Download and review tender documents, and ensure a thorough understanding of the technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bids on the GeM portal within stipulated deadlines.

2. **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all documentation for bids is complete, compliant with government norms, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update company information and documents on the GeM portal, such as tax certificates, company profile, product/service catalogs, and compliance certificates.

3. **Bid Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to develop bid strategies that maximize chances of tender success.
- Analyze past bid outcomes and continuously improve the bidding process and documentation.

4. **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Liaise with government officials for clarification and follow-up on tenders and bids.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure bid proposals are aligned with organizational capabilities and goals.

5. **Contract Management**:

- Oversee the contract award process, ensuring that all contractual terms agreed upon are met.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for smooth execution of contracts and timely payments.

6. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Provide regular reports on tender status, bid success, and market trends to senior management.
- Conduct market analysis to understand government procurement trends and identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of [2] years of experience in handling government tenders, preferably on the GeM platform.
- Deep understanding of the procurement rules and regulations in government sectors.
- Proficiency in using the GeM portal and other e-tendering tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and handling documentation.
