Field Sales Representative

### Key Responsibilities:
1. *Market Research and Lead Generation:*
- Identify and research potential clients in various sectors such as education, corporate, and government.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.
2. *Product Demonstration:*
- Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of interactive flat panels, active LEDs, and other display solutions.
- Tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs of each potential client, showcasing the benefits and features of the products.
3. *Sales and Closing:*
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their display needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing repeat business.
4. *Relationship Management:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client needs are met and to identify opportunities for additional sales.
5. *Reporting and Documentation:*
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports for the Sales Manager detailing progress towards sales targets and any issues encountered.
6. *Collaboration and Coordination:*
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
## Key Skills and Qualifications:
- *Education:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- *Experience:*
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or display solutions industry.
- *Skills:*
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical product information.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
