Client Service Executive

We are looking for a customer-oriented person to join our client services team. you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Understand clients' event requirements, preferences, and objectives, and ensure they are effectively communicated to internal teams.
- Coordinate client meetings and consultations, providing expert guidance and
- recommendations based on clients' needs and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including event planners, coordinators, and vendors, to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Oversee the development and execution of event proposals, contracts, and timelines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with clients' expectations.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively addressing any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving any conflicts or concerns that may arise.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence,
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client service, account management, or customer support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
