**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Management**:
- Maintain registers for employee attendance, visitor logs, Material inward - outward and other required documentation.
- Ensure all office supplies, including stationery, are adequately stocked and ordered when needed.
- Handle general office correspondence (filing, sorting, and distributing).
- **Housekeeping Management**:
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of common areas such as the pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms etc.
- **Hospitality and Guest Handling**:
- Manage breakfast and refreshment arrangements for staff and guests.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience by directing them to the relevant person or department.
- Maintain a professional and friendly environment in the office for both staff and visitors.
- **Daily Office Maintenance**:
- Ensure timely maintenance of office equipment, such as printers, AC, and other facilities.
- Coordinate minor repairs or service requests for office infrastructure.
- **Record-Keeping**:
- Keep accurate records of office inventory, maintenance schedules, and other admin-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in terms of documentation and operational efficiency.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum of a High School / diploma or equivalent. Any additional administrative or hospitality training will be an advantage.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in office administration, facility or HK management, or similar roles is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- **Work Conditions**:
- Full-time position based in Vasuli, Chakan Phase 2.
- Monday to Saturday, standard office hours.
- May require occasional support for special events or guest visits.
**Additional Notes**:
- Ability to commute to the Chakan Phase 2 factory.
- A customer-friendly attitude is essential.
