**A. Purpose /Role of the job /**:Describe in 1 phrase what contribution the job is expected to make to the organisation’s objectives
- Plan and coordinate finished goods dispatch activities for all the plants as well as tollers which will involve communication and coordination with logistics, operations, transporters and tollers.
**B. Environment/Context/Complexity of the job**:Describe the most important internal and external factors influencing the job
- Adjust heritage operation to new global organization operation to be ready for growth
- Daily coordination within planning team, plant logistics team, QA team, transporters and tollers regarding availability and dispatch of finished goods.
**C. Responsibilities/ Accountabilities of the job**:Describe the main results expected from the job
- Key Result Areas:
Finished goods dispatches from plant
Major Activities:
- Review daily production of plant and plan finished goods movement accordingly based on production and testing
- Coordinate with plant QA team for results of finished goods testing.
- Coordinate with Logistics team and plant team for dispatch plan related activities (e.g. truck load, material movement from toller, reviewing availability of the finished goods)
- Regular coordination / follow up with CSOs for clear delivery schedule of finished goods.
- Prepare dispatch plan on D-1 basis, creation of DOs in the system and try to plan up to D-2 based on production sequence.
- Coordinate with logistics team for export related documentation.
Outcome:
- Efficient dispatches of finished goods from plant to ensure material availability at depot / at customer locations for direct dispatches.
- Continuous movement of finished goods from plant resulting into better space management at plant.
- Key Result Areas:
Coordination with External Service Providers (Tollers, Transporters, external warehouses, CHA)
Major Activities:
- Daily coordination with tollers for QA clear finished goods availability at their end.
- Coordinate with tollers / plant QA for quality clearance of finished goods.
- Communication and coordination with transporters for vehicle placement at toller end.
- Prepare dispatch plan for finished goods from tollers on D-1 basis, create DOs in the system and communication with tollers accordingly.
- If required, coordinate with CHAs for export documentation for export of finished goods.
Outcome:
- Efficient management of finished goods dispatches from tollers and coordination with transporters resulting into smooth process of dispatches from tollers.

**Level of education & Knowledge**:
Graduate degree preferably in Materials management.
**Experience in general**:
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in dispatch planning and outbound logistics
**Technical skills**:
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with SAP system and knowledge. (SD module)
